Al Rostamani Pegel isa main contractor in the UAE Construction Industry and has to itscredit timely and successful construction of several multipurposeprojects including high rise buildings villas hotels hospitals andindustrial facilities.

Job Purpose

Responsible for the creation andcompletion of technical drawings needed for bid permit and finalconstruction documents

JobResponsibilities

• Mobilization and Site Layoutdrawing
• Preparation of formwork /reinforcement / detail plans (CAD) etc.
• Assistance in Material submittals and submittalrecords
• Subcontractor submittals and submittalrecords
• Assistance in preparation of monthlyprogress report
• Preparation of shopdrawings
• Drawing distribution
• Drawing records
• All shop drawingsubmittal receipt back of approved drawings and record
• As built drawing preparation and record
• Complies to all applicable Management Systems (QualityHealth Safety and Environmental etc.) in his area.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma orITI Technical Certificate in Architectural/ Civil Draughtsman orCivil Engineering

Experience

• 5 Years experience with Consultant or Contracting inbuilding construction 3 Year experience in GCC.

Knowledge &Skills

• Adept with LatestAutoCAD technology/ AutoCAD Certificate
