    New Exciting Opportunity for Housing & Assets Domain Analyst to join a non profit near Liverpool- hybrid working

    This role requires someone to help deliver the Group s Application portfolio strategy. With an in-depth knowledge of application development and delivery activities, including working to agreed SLAs, managing risk, and maintaining a high level of service and availability.
    The Group has a large IT application portfolio to deliver over the next few years and would like to introduce new skilled people to assist the already experienced and fast-paced teams to deliver unbeatable customer service, through an excellent IT application landscape.

    YOU WILL

    • Communicate professionally at all levels and areas of the business, acting as a consultant to senior stakeholders and TRG members to provide advice and best practice guidance.
    • Support the development of appropriate software applications to meet functional and non[1]functional business requirements, in line with development and unit testing standards and controls.
      Work alongside the Applications Chapter to deliver the Housing and Asset Management application strategy.
    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    Essential

    • Experience of working with Housing and Asset Management Systems, i.e. Civica CX, Capita OPENHousing, Promaster etc.
    • Technical writing (requirements, design, and configuration documents, test plans etc).
    • Applied knowledge of Housing Management or similar enterprise systems and how these systems may interact or coalesce.
    • Experienced in IT application implementations, migrations and procurements.
    • In-depth understanding of the technical specifications used when dealing with software system suppliers
    • Skilled in various forms of integration approach and format, from flat text-based files to Restful API and alike.
    • Understanding of information and data security.
    • Experience of working with a structured project lifecycle including working with both Waterfall and Agile style application development methods.
    • Effective stakeholder management, both internally and external to the organisation, including third-party suppliers, with the ability to successfully persuade and influence others.
    • Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels within the business.
    • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
    • Results driven with strong analytical skills, including the ability to critically analyse complex information, and experience of providing meaningful management information.
    • Commercially aware with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to drive change.
    • Excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business requirements.
    Desirable
    • Experience of application implementation & support.
    • Experience in low-level programming support and delivery, to assist in ad-hoc request delivery and 3rd line system support
    • Working knowledge of Agile and DevOps approach to operational delivery.
    • In-depth or applied knowledge of or skills in installing, configuring, and implementing applications, databases, and web technologies.
    • In-depth or applied knowledge of or skills in diagnosing, repairing and communicating the status of applications, systems, and web technology implementations supported as a level three resource.
