YOUWILL

• Communicateprofessionally at all levels and areas of the business, acting as aconsultant to senior stakeholders and TRGmembers to provide advice and best practiceguidance.
  
• Supportthe development of appropriate software applications to meetfunctional and non[1]functional businessrequirements, in line with development andunit testing standards andcontrols.
  Workalongside the Applications Chapter to deliver the Housing and AssetManagement applicationstrategy.
  

YOUREXPERIENCE

Essential

• Experienceof working with Housing and Asset Management Systems, i.e. CivicaCX, Capita OPENHousing, Promasteretc.
  
• Technical writing(requirements, design, and configuration documents, test plansetc).
  
• Applied knowledge of HousingManagement or similar enterprise systems and how these systems mayinteract or coalesce.
  
• Experienced inIT application implementations, migrations andprocurements.
  
• In-depth understandingof the technical specifications used when dealing with softwaresystem suppliers
  
• Skilled in variousforms of integration approach and format, from flat text-basedfiles to Restful API andalike.
  
• Understanding of informationand data security.
  
• Experience ofworking with a structured project lifecycle including working withboth Waterfall and Agile style application developmentmethods.
  
• Effective stakeholdermanagement, both internally and external to the organisation,including third-party suppliers, with the ability to successfullypersuade and influenceothers.
  
• Customer focused withexcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the abilityto work at all levels within thebusiness.
  
• Excellent attention todetail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strictdeadlines and manage conflictingpriorities.
  
• Results driven withstrong analytical skills, including the ability to criticallyanalyse complex information, and experience of providing meaningfulmanagement information.
  
• Commerciallyaware with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability todrive change.
