    Responsibilities:

    • Developmentof a regional new verticals strategy across multiple verticals tosupport business growth via retail channels in theorganization's priority
    • Identifyregional partners to develop African brand extension programs forthe
    • Negotiatebrand extension categories, product selection, minimum guarantees,royalty rates, payment terms, and territory with licensees, toachieve strong margins and competitive price points at
    • Ensurethat extension programme resonates with fans by extrapolating keyvalues and themes from the brand and its programming andtranslating that into extensions by clearly articulating programrequirements to
    • Negotiateand approve products, merchandise, and promotional deals and items,while overseeing all aspects of business terms from inception toend of the contract
    • Helpto develop & execute brand extension concepts inside retaillocations and including concept shops/ stores or eCommerce
    • Buildand manage brand extensions as part of new and renewed MarketingPartnership agreements in conjunction with both the organizationsand associates'
    • Managepartners through the product development cycle - from thedevelopment of creative briefs, and obtaining legal clearances, tofinal execution and

    Requirements:Qualification and Skill

    • ABachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
    • 10+Years of relevant work experience in the retail
    • Requiresexperience and a proven track record in building new brand and FMCG
    • Needsto have led significant strategic projects from launch phasethrough to execution and thereafter to continued growth andperformance
    • Provennegotiation
    • Possessesa highly innovative business development mindset with a win-winapproach to Brand
    • Hasdemonstrated strong results at building internal influence andfollowership throughout their past organizations which can also beaccomplished within our Matrixed organization and through keyGlobal based
