    Description

    JobSummary:

    • Own theAP/Payroll processes across the company.
    • Recordand update suppliers invoices.
    • Record of allcontract cost and ensure the cost being recorded as per companypolicy.
    • Preparation of payments cheques banktransfer BOE etc.
    • Check and record settlementfor employee dues.
    • Recording and reconciliationof intercompany transactions.
    • Processing ofpayment of utilities and otherbills.
    • Processingsubcontractors/suppliers/client payment and keeping record ofpayment
    • Reconsolidate all suppliers account andbalance of confirmation for audit
    • Providinginformation to external auditor as directed by SeniorManagement.
    • Maintaining general ledger and subledger accounts.
    • Reimbursement of petty cashand keeping confirmations fromrecipients.
    • Assist in yearend closing andaudits accruals reserve analysis and intercompany transactions andreconciliations.
    • Perform bank reconciliationsrelated entries and report Daily cashbalances.
    • Create timely and accurate accountingreports and present them to companys executives and seniormanagement including schedules and commentary with respectto
    • operating results and variances preparationof operational information and ad hoc reporting asrequired
    • Develop recommendations to optimizecompanys accounting systems and procedures and detectinaccuracies
    • Support and consult companyspersonnel on accounting controlprocedures
    • Supervise accounting assistants andbookkeepers٫ plan their work and assigntasks
    • Ensure that accounting procedures complywith GAAP requirements
    • Compare results toforecast budget or prior periods investigate any significant orunusual variances and determine the appropriateadjustments
    • Participate or lead variousprojects and tasks as required based on business needs includingdeveloping modeling tools and procedures for examining andunderstanding financial data and provide credible recommendationsrelative to the data
    • System improvements andimplementations: Evaluate and make recommendations for improvementsto the global accounting systems and related tools to supportthe
    • Companys strategic needs and improveinternal controls and the reliability of financialinformation.
    • Participate in upgrades andcontinued development of the financial accounting systems and stayaware of new trends and products that could be recommended toimprove the operational effectiveness of the global finance andaccounting team.
    • Property Plant & EquipmentThe Accountant will oversee the accounting functions of purchasingdisposing tracking and depreciating all property plant andequipment.
    • The Accountant will review andreconcile accounts within Workday.
    • Provideassistance in the record retention process involving specificaccounting reports and records.
    • The Accountantwill perform other ad hoc tasks asassigned.
    • Maintains strictestconfidentiality.
    • Develops and maintainsfinancial management information systems and correctserrors.
    • Tracks Telephone Salik and Utilitiespayments . Take corrective action onOverusage
    • Perform ad hoc analyses of issues tosupport management inquiries for revenue and expenses all performedwithin time sensitive deadlines and with a high degree of attentionto detail.
    • Responds to questions and solvesproblems as requested by departmentmanagers.
