Position Title:
General Accountant


Employment Type:
Full Time.


Salary:
Depending on experience and qualifications.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in accounting background


Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in accounting/ACCA/CIMA/CMA.


Job Location:
Abu Dhabi, UAE.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Manage all accounting transactions.
  • Recording Petty Cash data in the system
  • Making the Sales Invoice.
  • Handle monthly stock taking.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Send daily sales and cash flow sheet to manager.
  • Assist in VAT Return.
  • Assist to make monthly financial statement and enter closing entries.
  • Calculating staff deduction and reporting to HR.
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
  • Any other task as assigned by the Manager.

Skills Requirements:


  • Positive attitude.
  • Strong computer skills, Excel, and MS office proficiency.
  • Good data analysis and logical thinking ability, sensitive to data Conduct.
  • Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management.
  • Possess strong problemsolving skills.
  • Good Communication skills both at speaking and writing.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- accounting in F&B Industry: 3 years (required)


Language:


  • Fluency in Arabic & English Language (required)
