    Description du poste et desmissions

    Vous serez amené.eà travailler avec beaucoup de fournisseurs etpartenaires difficiles, il faut avoir confiance en soi,être résilient, et imposer sesconditions.

    Améliorationdes produits : les bonsproduits

    • Sourcing de nouvellesmatières et lancement de prototypage dematières engagées (participation àdes salons àl'international...)
    • Pilotage desaméliorations du produit : confort, qualité,prix, engagements.
    • Pilotage du contrôlequalité réalisé par leur agence auPortugal
    • Pilotage du contrôlequalité réalisé par leur agence auPortugal

    Analyse des ventes,du stock et passage de commandes : les bonnesquantités

    • Analyse des ventes etdu stock du e-shop
    • Management de notre agence dedata-scientists pour les prévisions devente
    • Passage des commandes deproduction
    • Gestion des stocks dematières en usine

    Suivi deproduction et coordination de production : sans défautet au bon moment

    • Planification desproductions avec leur usine et leur agence auPortugal
    • Pilotage desdifférents fournisseurs : packaging, papier de soie,opérationsspéciales
    • Veiller au respect desdélais fournisseurs

    Gestiondes flux logistiques : au bonendroit

    • Gestion de la supplychain des usines auxentrepôts
    • Gestion des envois des commandesretail des clients importants

    Améliorationdes coûts de revient : au bonprix

    • Recherche de nouvellesmatières
    • Négociations de prixavec les fournisseurs
    • Innovations produit pour baisserle prix de revient
    Managementd'équipe

    ‍ Profilrecherché
    • Diplômé.ed'un master 2 ou équivalent d'uneécole de commerce ;
    • +3-4 ansd'expérience professionnelle passéeen lien avec le poste ;
    • Extrêmementrigoureux(se) et sérieux(se), vous êtescapable de gérer votre temps tout en travaillant enautonomie ;
    • Organisée.e etautonome, vous savez être indépendant dansvotre travail ;
    • Pugnace, vous ne lâchezjamais rien et n'abandonnez jamais dansl'adversité;
    • Capacités analytiqueset compréhension de modèlesprédictifs ;
    • Vous parlez anglais couramment;
    • La mode est un milieu qui vousintéresse et vous êtes sensible aux produitset aux créations ;
    • Vous avez la fibreentrepreneuriale : vous aimez tester des idéesdifférentes dans le but d'améliorervotre travail et votre réussite, vous aimez mener vosprojets à bien. Vous partagez l'envie de meneravec d'autres personnes ces marques au plus haut;
