    What youll bedoing

    As a Machine Learning Engineeryou will be instrumental in designing developing and deployingmachine learning models that support our stylists and enhance ourcustomers experiences. You will work closely with our productdevelopment teams to integrate AI capabilities into our platformsenabling more personalized fashion recommendations improved sizingpredictions and innovative style simulations.

    • Collaborate with product teams to define and refinemachine learning projects that align with businessgoals.
    • Develop and maintain scalable androbust machine learning models to drive user engagement andsatisfaction.
    • Utilize a variety of datasets totrain and validate models ensuring accuracy and efficiency inrealworld applications.
    • Implement advancedmachine learning techniques including supervised and unsupervisedlearning deep learning and anomaly detection.
    • Work with the engineering team to deploy models intoproduction ensuring they operate at scale and with highreliability.
    • Continuously evaluate and iterateon models based on performance metrics and feedback from users andstakeholders.
    • Stay updated with the latesttrends and advancements in AI and machine learning tobringinnovation and improvements to our solutions.
    • Work in short sprints on a POC / MVP basis and iteratemodels over time.

    What youll need to succeed

    • Bachelors or Masters degree inComputer Science Data Science or a related technicalfield.
    • Proven experience in machine learningdata science or a similar role.
    • Strongproficiency in programming languages such as Python andframeworks/libraries like TensorFlow PyTorchScikitLearn.
    • Experience with cloud platforms(AWS Google Cloud Azure) and understanding of deployingapplications at scale.
    • Strong analyticalskills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminatesignificant amounts of information with attention to detail andaccuracy.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills andthe ability to work in a fastpaced startup environment.
    • Effective communication skills both written and verbal tocollaborate with crossfunctional teams.
