    JobTitle:

    • Machine Learning Engineer

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Hands on with LLMs (In previousprojects) and worked on product development usingLLMs
    • Handson experience with Vector Database& Graph Database (Pinecone, Milvus, Neo4j) and ability tocreate effective embedding, chunking, indexing forRAG
    • Good understanding and experience usingTransformer/Neural Network model
    • Hands onexperience using Open AI APIs, Open Source LLMs (Llama2, Mistral,Mixtral etc.,)
    • Solid understanding on frameworklike Langchain, Haystack and ability to use Agentic Workflows usingthose frameworks (hands on exp/research experience will beplus)
    • Hands on experience in creating Embeddingusing MPNET, Ada models
    • Ability to use advancedtechniques like HyDE, MMR, LLM reranking for effective semanticsearch

    MinimumQualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience, with strongexperience with Python and NLP.
    • Analytics, AI,machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), naturallanguage understanding (NLU), large language models(LLMs)
    • Generative AI prompt engineering andtuning
    • Design of AI/Machine Learning modelperformance metrics andoptimization
    • Intermediate to Advanced levelPython coding
    • SQL
    • Workingknowledge of LLM models like LLaMA 2, Mistral 7Betc.
    • Intents, entities, dialogs, actions, andrelated chat bot concepts are a plus
    • Strongability to learn AI concepts and experiment with new libraries andMachine Learning models for various usecases
    • Self-starter with excellent communicationskills

    DesiredQualifications:

    • Experience with Speech to Text usingWhisper/Google TTS etc.
    • Experience with Chat,IVR, Banking
