About Venture Crafters
Venture Crafters is a UAE-based hybrid venture studio and accelerator where we enable early-stage founders with experience, execution, and funding.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a driven, analytical, and execution-focused Venture Builder who lives and breathes startups. Someone who understands early-stage chaos can turn ideas into structured plans and thrives at the intersection of strategy, product, and execution.
If you have ever wanted to build multiple startups from the ground up, work with ambitious founders, and be part of a real venture studio, this is your chance.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with founders to validate startup ideas using structured discovery and market testing.
- Design go-to-market strategies, traction experiments, and early revenue models.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams such as design, tech, and growth.
- Guide founders through the venture-building journey from validation to investor readiness.
- Build business plans, investor decks, and financial models to prepare startups for fundraising.
- Track KPIs, analyse performance, and ensure ventures hit measurable milestones.
- Support the creation of repeatable frameworks, templates, and systems to scale venture building.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in startups, consulting, or venture studios.
- Strong understanding of startup fundamentals, including validation, MVP building, traction, and fundraising.
- Experience working directly with founders or early-stage teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both strategic and hands-on.
- Comfortable using startup tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Figma, or Airtable.
- Based in or familiar with the UAE or GCC startup ecosystem.
Preferred Qualities
- You have built or operated a startup yourself.
- You enjoy solving unstructured problems and wearing multiple hats.
- You can move fast, adapt quickly, and deliver outcomes under pressure.
- You have a deep interest in venture building, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
