    Description
    JobSummary:
    Responsible for filling joborders/selecting employees for job assignment(s) and sending themout to the client locations when they have the appropriate skillsand paperwork completed. Also responsible for generating leads, andmaintaining logs for employees regarding their changes inemployment as well as call-ins.

    Responsibilities and Duties: (Illustrative, notexhaustive)
    • Takeapplications/revise applications/forms when required and interviewapplicants.
    • Fill job orders / Match people tothe job that best applies to them and their pastexperiences
    • Attend to walk-ins
    • Answer phones
    • Set up and monitor GMPand Training Videos
    • Perform and record 5/10panel drug testing on employees based on client needs
    • Perform any skills testing, background checks and socialsecurity number verifications for temp employees based on clientrequirements
    • Create and print out employeeID's for both TSSI and QFS
    • Hand outchecks in the office on Fridays and verify employeeinformation
    • End assignments for employees andrecord these changes on log.
    • Report employeeabsences or tardiness to clients and maintain logs for employeeabsences or tardiness
    • Log/record any accidentsinto Ultra. Make sure that the client has appropriate accidentforms and follow up to ensure they get completed and turned intothe DE for scanning.
    • Write up job orders andemployment notices for every new order and position.
    • Provide information/details on job assignments foremployees (directions to the company, duties to be performed,environment, rules, dress code, etc.)
    • Cleanoffice on specified days.
    • Provide assistancewith translating if needed.
    • Maintain contactwith client supervisors to be able to respond immediately and moreefficiently to emergency job orders.
    • Clientvisits to ensure that orders are filled properly as clientrequires.
    • Complete unemployment hearings asneeded.
    • Drive employees to job site asneeded
    • Generate leads and research accuracyregarding the information provided
    • Generateand turn in emails from resumes, emails and applications.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Necessary Knowledge,Skills and Abilities:
    Ability toprioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Must be able toeffectively communicate with TSS staff and clients. Strong customerservice skills. Uses discretion in working with staff and clients.Ability to handle stressful situations effectively. Good problemsolving and interpersonal skills. Ability to use a computer forword processing and spreadsheets. Ability to use telephone, officeequipment such as scanning, copy machines and computer knowledge.
