    :

    Some of whatyou could expect in your day to day activities:
    • Work to help improve existingcoatings.
    • QC incoming raw and finishgoods.
    • Assist Chemist in the development of newcoating technology and test coatingproperties.
    • R&DProjects:
      • Scheduling and prioritizing assignedprojects.
      • Progress reporting to the R&DDirector.
      • Capable of designing, performing andsummarizing of experiments.
      • Capable of testingdeveloped products, both application andperformance.
      • Capable of maintaining detailedrecords in the labnotebook.
    • QualityControl:
      • Capability for setting QC standards ifrequired.
      • Capable of recordkeeping andreporting of QC data and maintenance ofsamples.
    • Manufacturing:
      • Capableof producing formulas for manufacturing, ifrequired.
      • Capable of recordkeeping regardingformulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of an Associate'sDegree. (BS Degree preferred).
    • Internship orCo-op experience preferred.
    • Must be aself-starter, work well with minimalsupervision.
    • Must have knowledge of commonlaboratory concepts, practices, andprocedures.
    • Good verbal and writtencommunication skills are required.
    • Experiencein formulation is preferred.
