Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive airfreight sales strategy tomaximize profits and achieve company objectives.
Develop and manage relationships with key customers andstakeholders.
Identify and develop new businessopportunities in the airfreight market.
Analyzecustomer needs and develop tailored solutions to meetthem.
Monitor and analyze competitive activityin the market.
Negotiate pricing and contractswith customers.
Develop and manage promotionalcampaigns to generate leads and sales.
Monitorcustomer satisfaction and ensure high levels ofservice.
Develop and maintain a robust pipelineof airfreight sales opportunities.
Provideregular reporting on sales activities andperformance.
Liaise with other departments toensure customer requirements aremet.
Requirements:
Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
Proven track record of success inairfreight sales.
Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability towork independently and manage multiple tasks.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Knowledge of airfreight industry trends andregulations.
Ability to travel asrequired.
Salary negotiable based onexperience
