    Responsibilities: Ensure dataintegrity, accuracy and quality, attend to the needs of routinemanagement reporting and ad-hoc strategic reporting.
    Responsible for data analysis, validation,cleansing, collection and reporting.
    Extract and analyze data from various sources,including databases, manual files, and external websites.
    Perform advanced data analysisfor internal stakeholders, report on obtained insights.
    Provide support to data drivenprojects/tasks and drive automation of reports.
    Support in developing, managing, andexecuting controls and processes aligned to Procurement policies.
    Respond to data inquiries fromvarious groups within an organization.
    Create and publish regularly scheduled and/or ad hocreports as needed.
    Documentreporting requirements and process and validate data components asrequired.
    May act as liaisonbetween business areas and project team stake holders for thedevelopment and implementation of new processes/ systems andenhancement of existing processes/systems.
    May prepare communications and make presentations ondelivered reports and improved process.
    Understand the data and its source; and explain,reconcile and/or mitigate cross-system discrepancies; troubleshootthe reporting database environment and reports.
    Understand user requirements; locate thetype and source of data needed; develop approach and strategy toanalysis; build metrics, methodologies and/or finance models tofacilitate analysis.
    Generateanalytic findings or other relevant information into informal orformal reports; visualize data in support of analytic findings;design report in user-friendly fashion and digitized manner; andtrain end-users on new reports and dashboards.
    Formulate recommendations and/or solutionsout of findings to assist in decision-making; propose alternativeswhen faced with issues; and explore opportunity for improvement.
    Communicate needs and wants inday-to-day work, and present and/or elaborate on completedwork/project to user.
    Attendto company procedures and processes; and focus on integrity,prudence, and consistency.


    What you will need tosucceed: Graduate of bachelor s degree or above.
    Minimum 5 years of related workingexperience.
    PowerBI experience(an asset).
    Experience ofAd-Hoc reporting.
    Experienceof data analysis tools and databases is essential.
    Experience with relational databases andknowledge of query tools and/or statistical software required.
    Knowledge of SQL is essentialto build and run queries essential.
    Strong knowledge of Excel is essential including pivottables and power queries.
    Strong analytical and organizational skills: familiar withfinancial reporting and analysis, strong presentation and casestudy skills; proven analytical skills to evaluate information/datafrom multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high levelinformation into details and make data-driven strategicrecommendations.
    Tools:
    provencompetence in advanced Excel functions (macros and scripts) andother Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, PPT, Visio, SharePoint andOutlook).
    Reporting skills:
    demonstrated experience in formal reporting (ability in design ispreferred).
    Technical skills:
    strong knowledge of common querying languages (e.g. SQL) andvisualization tools (PowerBI); demonstrated experience in handlinglarge data sets and relational databases.
    Communication:

    high-level written and verbalcommunication skills; proven ability in translating businessrequirements into non-technical and lay terms and in communicatinginsights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

    English skills:
    fluentspeaking, reading, and writing is a must.
    Multi-tasking problem solver.
    Self-starter, attentive to details, well-organized andteam oriented.
