    We are seeking a talentedand driven Digital Advertising Specialist to join our growing team.This role will be responsible for managing the media buying for toptier clients. This includes strategic guidance, optimizing ofadvertising campaigns across a variety of Amazon accounts andregular performance reviews with clients. The ideal candidateshould have a deep understanding of Digital Advertising, Amazonexperience a plus, and how to leverage it to drivegrowth.

    Salary:$85k - $110k USD annually +Bonus

    Responsibilities

    YourResponsibilities:

    • Help manage a team of PPC specialiststo optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns across search, display,and video advertising.
    • Monitor campaignperformance and analyze data to provide actionable insights andrecommendations to PPC team and Client Serviceteam
    • Develop and implement testing strategiesto improve campaign performance and ROI.
    • Leadbi-weekly reviews to help clients better understand their adperformance.
    • Participate in quarterly businessreviews to help clients better understand their adperformance.
    • Collaborate with development teamto help develop our internal analytics software,myHorizons
    • Stay up to date with the latesttrends and best practices in Amazon Advertising andecommerce.

    What You Bring to theTable:

    • Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Advertising, or a related field.
    • 2+years of experience direct experience managing digital Advertiseraccounts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and/or AmazonAds)
    • 1+ year of DSP mediaexperience
    • Bonus - Amazon Adsexperience
    • At least 3 years of peoplemanagement experience
    • Proficient in Excel anddata analysis tools.
    • Strong analytical skillsand attention to detail.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
    • Abilityto work in a fast-paced, deadline-drivenenvironment.
    • Amazon Advertising certificationis a plus.
