    Description

    The role will be primarily responsible forthe day to day support of the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) inimplementing the Group's Sustainability and ESG strategy.This includes providing administrative support to the ChiefSustainability Officer and Sustainability Team; With travelscheduling, correspondence, transaction processes, supplierregistration, Oracle profile maintenance, administration, calendarmanagement and routine administrativeactivities.

    The candidate will support the Headof Sustainability Responsibility to stay informed of all projectprogress and updates across allsubsidiaries.

    · Executive assistanceto the Chief Sustainability Officer

    o Performgeneral administrative duties and unusual tasks as requested by theSustainability Team.

    o Organizingcalendar/diaries of the Head of Sustainability Responsibility andcoordinating management related meetings.

    oSupport the Head of Sustainability Responsibility in carrying outtheir role and carrying out tasks asrequested.

    · Support to thesustainability team

    o Coordinate with assignedsustainability team to always ensure a smooth functionalprocess.

    o Support in communicatingsustainability efforts across all subsidiaries.

    oManaging a program of internal and external meetings andcommunications, including managing the calendar, taking minutes andfollowing up on actions.

    o Organizing formalinternal and external meetings/business appointments for thesustainability team.

    · Administrativesupport

    o Process purchase requisition, personalexpense report, maintain accurate records of sustainability teamexpenses in Oracle system and communicate with purchasing/finance,and budget monitoring.

    o Legal job requestprocessing – contract agreements/PM, letters, paymentcertificates, IT requests, etc.

    o Assist innetworking and coordinating communication betweensuppliers/agencies and other departments.

    oHandle travel schedules and hotel arrangements for theSustainability Team whenever needed.

    o Maintainthe office filing system to ensure efficient storage and retrievalof records and correspondence.

    Coordinate andpurchase office supplies while ensuring costs are tracked andbudgets are managed

    Organize and processadministrative sending and receiving in coordination with selecteddomestic and international premium mailservices
