    Description

    The role will be primarily responsible for the day to day support of the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) in implementing the Group's Sustainability and ESG strategy. This includes providing administrative support to the Chief Sustainability Officer and Sustainability Team; With travel scheduling, correspondence, transaction processes, supplier registration, Oracle profile maintenance, administration, calendar management and routine administrative activities.

    The candidate will support the Head of Sustainability Responsibility to stay informed of all project progress and updates across all subsidiaries.

    · Executive assistance to the Chief Sustainability Officer

    o Perform general administrative duties and unusual tasks as requested by the Sustainability Team.

    o Organizing calendar/diaries of the Head of Sustainability Responsibility and coordinating management related meetings.

    o Support the Head of Sustainability Responsibility in carrying out their role and carrying out tasks as requested.

    · Support to the sustainability team

    o Coordinate with assigned sustainability team to always ensure a smooth functional process.

    o Support in communicating sustainability efforts across all subsidiaries.

    o Managing a program of internal and external meetings and communications, including managing the calendar, taking minutes and following up on actions.

    o Organizing formal internal and external meetings/business appointments for the sustainability team.

    · Administrative support

    o Process purchase requisition, personal expense report, maintain accurate records of sustainability team expenses in Oracle system and communicate with purchasing/finance, and budget monitoring.

    o Legal job request processing – contract agreements/PM, letters, payment certificates, IT requests, etc.

    o Assist in networking and coordinating communication between suppliers/agencies and other departments.

    o Handle travel schedules and hotel arrangements for the Sustainability Team whenever needed.

    o Maintain the office filing system to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of records and correspondence.

    Coordinate and purchase office supplies while ensuring costs are tracked and budgets are managed

    Organize and process administrative sending and receiving in coordination with selected domestic and international premium mail services
