    Description
    • Supports in the review anddevelopment of the annual workforce plan in collaboration with thedivisions/function's heads in line with the establishedframeworks and guidelines and the approved strategic workforce planin coordination with Human Capital CoE to ensure prioritising rolesthat requires hiring
    • Designs, develops andimplements TA strategic and operational plans based on the approvedworkforce plan by leveraging best practices and establishedguidelines and frameworks to ensure acquiring and growing talentand meeting the organisation's businessgoals.
    • Builds and develops the talent pipelineto source and attract local and international candidates throughvarious official channels including but not limited to outreachcampaigns, career fairs, sponsorships, graduate programs,etc.
    • Manages the efficient and effectiveimplementation of the TA cycle process including but not limited tosourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and assessingcandidates in close collaboration with hiringmanagers.
    • Participates in assessing andinterviewing shortlisted candidates and utilises talent assessmenttools such as technical/behavioural assessments, psychometrictesting and assessment centers to ensure identification of theright capabilities.
    • Reports key KPIs within TAincluding but not limited to time to fill and source ofhire.
    • Leads and implements employment brandinginitiatives to attract and retain the right capabilities that willenhance the company reputation and achieve the overall businessgoals.
    • Ensures efficient and effectiveimplementation of the talent acquisition cycle process includingbut not limited to mobilisation/on-boarding process, transition andprobationary period for all hiredcandidates.
    • Works closely with hiring managersto implement new talent acquisition approaches and provide adviceon recruitment 'best practice' to ensure candidateapplications meet the qualityrequirements.
