    Descrio dotrabalho:
    • Estamosprocura de um colaborador, que tenha como objetivo compreender asnecessidades dos clientes e fazer os imposs veis para superar assuasexpetativas.
    • Devermostrar um perfil comunicativo, proativo e operacionalinato;
      Deve expressar maturidade na compreens o deconceitos criativos;
      Deve ter conhecimento do perfil doshospedes, dos itiner rios, das necessidades e de como tornar a suaexperi ncia mais agradvel.
    • Trabalharo no departamento da Front Office e dever o estar envolvidos nastarefas principais destedepartamento;
    • Devemsentir-se capazes de resolver os problemas da forma mais eficienteem ambientes sujeitos a press es detempo.

    Responsabilidades:
    • Verificaras reservas do dia e dos diasseguintes;
    • Prepararo dia seguinte - reservas em Check-in/check-out, late check-out,prolongamentos de estadia,etc.;
    • Assegurarcheck-ins e Check-outs;
    • Verificardisponibilidade, e criar reservas para prolongamento de estadias apedido dos hspedes;
    • Auxiliarno transporte de malas de h spedes no check-in e check-out, senecessrio;
    • Prestarinforma es aos Clientes (lojas, restaurantes, teatros, miradouros,etc.);
    • Receber,solucionar ou encaminhar os pedidos deClientes;
    • Disponibilizare organizar o servi o de transfer ou tours:
    • Fazersugest es de melhoria da opera ochefia
    • Gesto de reclamaes;
    • Marcao e registo de reservas dorestaurante;
    • Acompanhamentode clientes desde a sua entrada no restaurante /bar
    • Efetuaro sitting nas mesas reservadas ou disponveis;
    • Interagircom os clientes/h spedes para garantir a experi nciapositiva;
    • Assegurara limpeza e organiza o do espao;
    • Minimizaa espera dos clientes no restaurante e bar apresentando os servi ose produtos disponveis;
    • Organizao de eventos relacionados com orestaurante.
