    Description
    • Take charge of conceiving andexecuting lead generation tactics and campaigns, ensuring seamlessalignment across all channels, and prioritising the adherence todeadlines as non-negotiable.
    • Conductexperiments driven by data to identify the most effective channelsfor achieving the company goals.
    • Write and edithigh-quality, compelling copy in Arabic & English thatadheres to brand values while maintaining accuracy and grammaticalcorrectness in all printed and onlinecommunications.
    • Monitor departmentalperformance and competitor activities, generating insightfulreports to inform strategicdecisions.
    • Collaborate closely withcross-functional teams, including Product, Design, PerformanceMarketing, Sales, and Advertising, to enhance and optimise overallperformance.
    • Plan, execute, and track marketingactivities across online and offlineplatforms.
    • Work closely with external agenciesand vendors to execute marketingactivities.
    • Plan and execute initiatives toreach the target audience through appropriatechannels.
    • Plan, support, and execute B2C andB2B events.
    • Stay up to date with market andonline trends relevant to the brand to ensure campaigns andpromotions remain relevant within eachplatform.
    • Measure, report, and analyse theperformance of campaigns across channels and translate findingsinto actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve futureperformance.
    • Assist the marketing manager inmanaging integrated marketing campaigns across offline and onlineplatforms and provide recommendations for future strategicinitiatives through competitive and financialanalysis.
    • Develop a profound understanding ofour customers and target market, keeping them at the forefront ofyour creative thinking. Utilise customer insights as a launchingpad for growth-oriented marketing initiatives.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in digitalmarketing or social media relatedroles
    • Previous experience in a similarmarketing role with demonstrated impact (Experience in Technologyor E-commerce is advantageous).
    • Expertise inmarketing, creativity, a deep understanding of business operations,brand management, and a strong grasp of market trends and consumerbehaviour.
    • Proven ability to deliver effectivemarketing communications campaigns that drive sales pipelinegrowth.
    • Experience in planning, researching,and creating content for various communicationchannels.
    • Proficiency in IT skills, includingthe use of programs like Mailchimp, SimilarWeb, and GoogleAnalytics.
    • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic andEnglish.
    • Hands-on and excellent executionskills.
