- Responsible for bringing and developing the business directly from the client.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics code and ensure that they are communicated and implemented.
- Initiate and coordinates development of action plans to get new clients.
- Identify new potential clients within the allocated sector and implement business development activities.
- Identify client's requirements and determine the best solution, present proposal, while ensuring customer concurrence throughout the entire implementation process to support successful association.
- Provide timely customized Services solutions and services to our customers/ partners to meet their requirements and exceed their satisfaction levels.
- Ensure that all communication with clients is accurate in content & format and are in accordance with Company standards.
- Solicit client feedback throughout the proposal and execution phases.
- Monitor client's feedback and satisfaction with the products.
- Maintain awareness of the market (products, clients, competitors) and use any relevant information to build client base.
- Liaise with operations team and act as liaison between client & operations on issues relating to delivery, installation, and project completion/maintenance.
- Routinely meet clients to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues appropriately.
- Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasting and other routine reports on a timely basis and as requested from time to time by Head of Sales
- Ensure good relations are maintained with clients and all members of staff at all levels.
- Adherence to the Quality Management System procedures and its performance
- Maintain a database of current and potential clients.
