    Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    Bean Sourcing: Collaborate with our sourcing team to select and procure high-quality coffee beans from various regions

    Roasting:
    Operate, monitor, and maintain coffee roasting equipment to ensure optimal roasting conditions for each coffee variety

    Roast Profiling:
    Develop and refine roast profiles for different coffee beans to achieve the desired flavor and aroma characteristics

    Quality Control:
    Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain the highest quality standards and consistency in the roasted coffee

    Inventory Management:
    Manage coffee bean inventory levels, ensuring freshness and availability for production.
