    Description

    TeamDevelopment &Engagement

    • Provide coaching, mentoring, andfeedback to managers to support their professional development andimprove performance.
    • Foster a culture ofcontinuous learning and excellence within the organization bypromoting employee engagement andempowerment.
    • Develop and implement strategiesto enhance employee engagement within thehotels.
    • Collaborate with management to launchDEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging)initiatives.

    PerformanceMeasurement

    • Lead performance measurement cyclealong with HODs and HR Business Partners to ensure all team playersare having regular performance evaluations across thebusiness.
    • Implement performance metrics and keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness oftraining programs and quality assuranceinitiatives.
    • Analyse data and generate reportsto track performance trends, identify areas of strength andweakness, and make recommendations forimprovement.

    Compliance

    • Stay up to date with industryregulations, best practices, and emerging trends related totraining and quality management in the hospitalitysector.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevanthealth, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as companypolicies and procedures.
    • Bachelor'sdegree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or arelated field.
    • Proven experience in trainingand quality management within the hospitality industry, with atleast 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Provenexpertise in LMS Systems.
    • Strong understandingof hospitality operations, service standards, and customerexpectations.
    • Excellent communication,presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Abilityto develop and deliver engaging training programs that cater todiverse learning styles.
    • Analytical mindsetwith the ability to interpret data and make data-drivendecisions.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus ondelivering high-qualityresults.
