    Description

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property consultant to join our dynamic team.

    As a Real Estate Agent, you will create and manage compelling advertisements to promote & and sell our real estate listings. This is a commission-based position with potential for high earning potential.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create engaging and visually appealing advertisements for our real estate listings across various online platforms, including websites, social media, and listing portals.
    • Write persuasive and informative property descriptions to captivate potential buyers.
    • Conduct market research to identify target demographics and tailor ads accordingly.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective advertising strategies.
    • Monitor and track the performance of ads, making adjustments as needed to optimize their reach and effectiveness.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in advertising platforms to ensure our ads remain competitive and impactful.
    • I'd like you to work closely with real estate agents to gather the necessary information and assets for creating ads.
    • Respond to inquiries and provide additional information to potential buyers who express interest in the advertised properties.
    • Maintain a database of leads generated through ads and follow up with them to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in real estate advertising or digital marketing is highly preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in using various advertising platforms and tools.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing content.
    • Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and practices.
    • Familiarity with local real estate market trends and demographics.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
    • A real estate license or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
