About the role

The Luxury Closet is in search for a
UAE NATIONAL to work as a
Junior Client Relations for our Dubai Office, who is motivated to turn the vision into reality and will give 100% to make it happen.

Responsibilities

Prospect existing connections and develop connections with new consignors. These contacts include stylists, personal shoppers, boutique owners, sales associates, and individual consignors.
Handle frontend customer administrative tasks and client servicing inclusive of requests related to financial, logistics, and other operational account support.
Meet with consignors in their homes to procure their luxury merchandise.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing consigners to increase the business.
Maintain a seamless flow of communication with multiple departments including merchandising, accounting and customer service.
Achieve the monthly consignment targets for the assigned geographic market.
Develop and implement action plans to continually increase consignment with The Luxury Closet.
