    Description

    As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving Growth & Revenues, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our market presence in the rapidly evolving telecommunication industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and source a strong pipeline of prospective clients and qualified leads.
    • Co-create and execute a sales strategy for allocated product range and region.
    • Facilitate pre-sales process for new leads, including first contact, discovery phase, meetings, and contract negotiation.
    • Lead and coordinate proposal preparations in cooperation with other departments within XAD (presales, R&D, implementation, legal, support, etc.) to prepare on-time and high-quality proposals.
    • Actively manage existing customer accounts, address key objectives and strategy, concerns and escalations, overall status and new sales opportunities.
    • Meet , exceed sales and profit goals.
    • Deliver in-person sales presentations with prospective and existing customers.
    • Research and stay updated with telecommunication industry trends and insights.
    • Attend and actively participate in conferences and industry events.

    Required Skills & Qualification:

    • Masters Degree in Business, Telecommunication, or Technical Studies
    • 5 - 6 years of proven experience of working in Telecommunication Sector
    • Must have in-depth understanding of the UAE Telecommunication Landscape
    • Good knowledge of Marketing, CRM and Sales Processes of Telecommunication software
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic & English
    • Ability to analyze customer requirements and functional needs
    • Excellent soft, interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Knowledge of Arabic language is Must

    Experience:

    • Managment: 02 years (Preferred)
    • Business Developments: 05 years (Preferred)
