    JobPurpose:

    Provideexpertlevel support by executing advanced troubleshooting andcollaborating with crossfunctional teams to implement impactfulsolutions optimizing application support and ensuring systemstability with minimal downtime forendusers.

    MinimumQualifications & Experience:

    • Educational and ProfessionalQualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in IT ComputerScience Business Information Systems or a relatedfield.
    • Certifications in Azure AWS (Amazon WebServices) are preferred.
    • Certifications inSitecore next js Microsoft CRM D365 and Software AG preferred
    • Indepth knowledge of databases applicationarchitecture troubleshooting methodologies and performanceoptimization.
    • Indepth knowledge of scriptinglanguages and automation tools.
    • OverallExperience:
    • 6 8 years experience in theSecurities / Stock Exchange or another financial institution
    • TechnicalSkills:
    • Proficient with Agile methodologycontinuous integration and continuous development pipelines
    • Previous experience with configuring andrunning CI/CD pipeline management and release management preferred
    • Collaborate with executive management anddepartment leaders to assess near and longterm EnterpriseIntegration Platform needs.
    • Create and maintaindocumentation as it relates to Enterprise Integration Platformconfiguration deployment custom resourcesetc
    • Deploying Software AG releases cross allenvironments. (OnCloud)
    • Monitoring theperformance of APIs.
    • Developing Software AGresources like but not limited to Web services restful APIs SOAPAPIs software Ag adapters custom adapters APIs protocoltransformations Messaging queue (AMQJMS and Kafka).
    • Working on file based protocol(SFTPFTP).
    • Working experience in Web Methods(SoftwareAG) Developer/Integration with JDBC adapter and MX(message XML) and MT (message type)experience.
    • Working experience in Web Services(REST SOAP GraphQL (preferred).
    • Workingexperience in Swift ISO 20022/15022 Swift Translatortool(preferred).
    • Working experience on APIGateway Management for SOAP REST services and WebSocket(preferred).
    • Working experience in BPM andNasdaq is preferred or any other financial platform withintegrations
    • Working experience in cloud (Azurepreferred) mainly in containerization using Docker andKubernetes
    • Working experience in databasequerries (preferred mssql sql)
    • Workingexperience in Programming language Core JAVA ismust.
    • Working experience in XML HTML JavaScript(preferred)
    • Working experience with storedprocedures a plus
    • Proficient with understandingand supporting Document management systems preferably OpenTextDMS
    • Proficient with Front End and Back Endwebsite support Sitecore Next JS technologies a plus as well asjava based applications
    • Good understanding ofmobile app support and proficient with react native for android andiPhone preferred
    • Previous experience with anysoftware integrations applicationssupport
    • Proficient with scripting andautomation tools
    • Expertise in development(micro service implementation) and administration (Helm chartserver configuration etc.) activities in JD
    • BehavioralSkills:
