    Description


    • Understand the technical aspectsof the market's products and implement strategicsales.


    • Primary sales responsibility of- Low Voltage Systems (ELV)


    • Bringingenquiries from MEP Contractors / End clients / Main Contractors /Facility Management Companies and closely work with design& estimation team for the above said systems in accordanceto the given project specification / vendorlist.


    • Oversee / Evaluate the designedBOQ from D & E team and help preparing projectsubmittals.


    • Organize and prioritizeworkload and closely follow and co-ordinate with third parties(MEP/Main Contractor/End User/OEMs.) and fetch update on thesubmitted quotations; followed by attainingLPO.


    • Connect and negotiate withOEM's / Suppliers / Sub-contractors to get necessaryback-up quotes & cost-effective price with the help of D& E team to win bid.


    • MeetingMEP contractors / Clients to present solution proposed and provideclarifications as needed.
    • Continuous follow-up andconnection with OEM/Suppliers.


    •Continuous follow-up with MEP and clients to check proposal statusand bring orders on time to meet assigned salestargets.


    • To make regular visits to theProjects and establish contacts with existing and new customers. Tocreate a complete database of the assigned and new customers andfollow up regularly.


    • To attend today-to-day inquiries and submitting quotations along with technicaland commercial conditions. To follow up with the customers forproduct submittals in coordination with the sales supportstaff.


    • To coordinate with thecustomer/consultant for getting the submittalsapproved.


    • To understand the ordinationwith D & E team and GM for negotiations and finalization ofoffers.

    Upon receiving LPO full scope of thepayment details in respect of client, consultant and contractors.Co-/ Order confirmations, follow the internal process and carryinternal handover (Sales to Operations) on time to speed up theproject / service contract execution.


    •Forward sales forecast / sales funnel / potential prospects to themanagement on a weekly basis.
    • To prepare weekly salesreport highlighting the significant developments and forward thesame to the GM / Sr. Management.


    • Toidentify the prospect for our products. To provide informationabout competition, price of products.


    •To meet the Consultants on a regular basis for project follow upsand technical discussions.


    • Team Work -To extend support to colleagues in respect of design / pre-sales /execution related activities.


    • Anestablished contact / network with distributers, consultants, andend users within the assigned territory.
