Description

The interior designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and functional interior spaces within residential or commercial properties.

They collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to design and implement interior concepts that meet the needs and preferences of the target market.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development: Work closely with clients and understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Develop interior design concepts that align with the overall vision and goals of the real estate projects. Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
Space Planning and Layout: Conduct site visits to evaluate the existing space and gather necessary measurements and information. Develop detailed space plans and layouts that optimize the functionality and flow of the interior spaces. Consider factors such as furniture placement, traffic patterns, accessibility, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Material and

Finishes Selection:
Select appropriate materials, finishes, colors, and textures for different surfaces within the interior spaces. Consider factors such as durability, aesthetics, maintenance requirements, and budgetary constraints. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to source and procure the selected materials.

Furniture and

Fixture Selection:
Identify and recommend furniture, fixtures, and accessories that enhance the design concept and meet the client's needs. Consider factors such as style, comfort, functionality, and budget. Create furniture layouts and specifications for procurement and installation.

Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure seamless integration of the interior design with the overall building design. Communicate design requirements and specifications to contractors and oversee the installation and implementation process. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address designrelated issues, and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
Budgeting and

Cost Control:
Develop and manage project budgets for interior design aspects, including materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes. Source cost-effective options without compromising quality and design aesthetics. Monitor expenses, review invoices, and negotiate pricing with suppliers and vendors.

Client Communication and Presentations: Present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D renderings to clients, effectively communicating the design vision and rationale. Address client feedback, incorporate revisions, and obtain necessary approvals. Provide regular project updates and maintain clear communication channels throughout the design process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in interior design, preferably within the real estate industry.
Proficiency in relevant design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D rendering software.
Strong understanding of space planning, building codes, and construction processes.
Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, and industry suppliers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative thinking, problemsolving abilities, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
