    Description
    • Carry out sales in accordance withpre agreed monthly targets and budgets.
    • Attendto customers visiting the showroom, initiate sales process withthem paying attention to their needs and offer qualified advice onthe specifications of the product.
    • Maintainclose contact with prospect customers, make sales call and visitthem to suit their schedule/ convenience. Introduce and follow upsuitable sales prospects.
    • Prepare/ maintainvisit/ call reports/log highlighting salient features and advisethe Manager of the same.
    • Report weekly/ monthlyon agreed performance data, comparing actual with targeted/budgeted performance.
    • Maintain customerdatabase and contribute towards the development of prospects list.Keep abreast of competition in this segment ofcars.
    • Ensure pre-delivery inspections andproper documentation of the salestransaction
    • Ensure details of all vehicletransactions are accurately completed & recorded andregistered with sales administration, including payment and theregistration of the vehicle with the traffic department andinvoicing.
    • Provide highest degree of customerservice and satisfaction at all times in accordance with thecompany's sales policies and procedures to maximizefuture recommended or repeat sales
    • Ensure thatthe customer is aware of all available extras, accessories andwarranties.
    • Notify the customers of delay,changes in the requirements and specifications etc., if any,ensuring smooth conclusion of vehiclehandover.
    • Provide customers with qualifiedadvice on vehicle finance and insurancefacilities.
    • Participate in seasonal salescampaign and promotions to maximize salespenetration

    Qualifications&Experience:

    • Degree inany discipline or through automotive vocationalroute
    • 3 – 5 year solid experience incar sales, preferably in luxury carsegment
    • Good knowledge of automobile salesgained through formal training or workexperience.
    • Attention to details and concernfor quality
