    Description
    • You will be responsible forsupporting the consulting lifecycle, from developing proposals, toplanning work, to supporting clients
    • You willdevelop and maintain productive working relationships within theteam and your clients
    • Adhere to the highestdegree of professional standards and strict clientconfidentiality
    • You will focus on developingyour expertise by working on a broad range of engagements, andoperate outside of your comfort zone

    Who we're looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance,Business, Strategy or a quantitativediscipline
    • Masters degree or professionalaccounting qualification will be considered as aplus
    • 2 to 3 years of experience for aconsultant role, or 3 to 5 years of related work experience in aconsulting practice or function for a senior consultantrole
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • You will possessstrong organization and time managementskills
    • You can take feedback, and givefeedback, and make it a core part of how youoperate
    • You can manage multiple prioritieswithout letting any of them slip
    • You havestrong analytical, business commercial and problem solving skills.You enjoy breaking down complex problems into manageablecomponents
    • You possess excellent interpersonaland communication skills (written and spoken, English required,Arabic is a bonus), with the ability to build relationships withclients and team members
    • You are comfortableworking under pressure, in a demanding environment and to tightdeadlines, delivering results
    • You candemonstrate initiative, and are quick to pick upconcepts
    • You can talk confidently about thework you have done in the past, in a structured and effectivemanner
    • You are committed to developing yourselfand broadening your skills, to progress quickly through your careerpath
