    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Junior Sales Business Development professional for a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi Island and Internal Islands City, Abu Dhabi Municipality, and Dubai. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of work experience and will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and fostering client partnerships. As a key component of our team, you will function at the forefront of our sales strategy, leveraging your skills in lead generation and CRM.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Must demonstrate proficiency in lead generation, showcasing a proven ability to identify and cultivate potential sales prospects. (Mandatory skill)
    • Expertise in CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales data effectively, ensuring streamlined intercommunication. (Mandatory skill)
    • Skilled at KPI implementation for setting performance metrics and tracking progress, fostering a results-driven approach. (Mandatory skill)
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.
    • Capability in competitive analysis to position our offerings distinctively and enhance market penetration strategies.
    • Proficiency in crafting and delivering compelling sales presentations to engage potential clients with our IT solutions.
    • Excellent command of Microsoft Office for creating polished documents, spreadsheets, and presentations supporting sales activities.
    • Strong networking skills to establish and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders, driving business growth.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead research, and engagement with potential clients.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our IT product and service offerings to effectively communicate their benefits.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement innovative methods to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
    • Create and deliver presentations that articulate the value propositions of our IT solutions, addressing client needs and objectives.
    • Maintain updated CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, customer interactions, and sales pipeline progress.
    • Regularly assess sales processes and KPIs, proposing improvements to optimize performance and achieve targets.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives for cohesive client acquisition approaches.
    • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and identify potential business partners.
