    Description
    • Responsible for executing, leadingand coordinating relevant delivery of process engineeringactivities associated with Ammonia production and synthesisplant;
    • Act as process team lead for feasibilityand concept study, pre-FEED, FEED, basic engineering for theassigned projects;
    • Develop concept of projectscope;
    • Develop initial design calculations andpreparation of conceptualdiagrams;
    • Prepare/Review of process simulationsto model plant behaviour and operating conditions to optimizeprocess design and equipmentsizing/rating.
    • Have Ammonia Plant Designexperience at Concept, FEED or Detailed Design/ EPC phase and haveawareness of Licensed technologies;
    • Haveexperience in synthesis processes, technologies and plant designincluding Haber Bosch, Fischer Tropschetc.;
    • Have a minimum of 15 years ofprofessional experience in design and consultancy for Ammoniaprocessing facilities and Fertilizer industry with actual projectexperience with at least 2 different licensedprocesses;
    • Have a minimum 5 years workingexperience as a lead engineer;
    • Have a goodoverview about most important process licensors andtechnologies;
    • Be experienced in the executionof conceptual studies, optimization work and front end engineeringdesign stage of projects;
    • Have familiarity withindustry-wide process simulation modellingsoftware;
    • Have a Chemical Engineering degreefrom accredited University. Postgraduate degree will be anadvantage;
    • Have an excellent verbal and writtencommunication, report writing and presentationskills.
