    Description
    • You will have the ability tocreate programs, recommend plans considering a variety ofplatforms, channels, and audiences.
    • Maintainsunderstanding of the clients' businesses, priorities,pain points and competitive landscape.
    • Staysknowledgeable about markets, sectors and channels in which clientsoperate; uses internal/external resources to address knowledge gapsfor self and team.
    • Anticipates what'snext; helps clients get ahead of issues and capitalize on newopportunities and understands clients' mindset,challenges (personal, professional, internal and external) andbarriers to success; takes appropriate action.
    • Demonstrates empathy for clients –understands clients' mindset, challenges (personal,professional, internal, and external) and barriers to success;takes appropriate action.
    • Balances the needs ofthe client and the needs of the firm

    Knowledge &Skills

    • Withfour to six years of experience, strong project management skills,bilingual preferred not necessary.
    • Strongcommunication – active listening and ability to persuadeand negotiate.
    • Excellent English writing skills– ability to draft and edit material including speeches,press releases and briefing documents.
    • You area generalist – who is happy to learn about varioussectors and perform as per theirneeds.
    • Experience of working in the UAE forbrand clients – from product launches to customeractivations, you can think it all.
    • Confidencein presenting ideas and providing counsel to internal and externalaudiences.
    • Strong problem solving andanalytical skills.
    • High emotional intelligenceand sound judgment
    • Ability to manage multipledeadlines and client priorities and effectively lead ateam.
