    Description
    Before starting works, checks the supplier's documentation delivery schedule.
    Verify whether this schedule is consistent with construction schedules and contract obligations.
    Verifying that the schedule itself is being adhered to, and working to recover any delays.

    Verifying that the equipment and manpower used by the subcontractor are adequate and that the works carried out by the subcontractor comply with the design documents, safety regulations and quality level established by the same.

    Prepare a non-conformity register for each subcontractor and coordinate the resolution of non-conformities.
    Detect any design errors and, where possible, fix them or ask the site engineer to make the necessary changes.
    Verify subcontractors' work progress sheet and sign it for approval.
    Manage vendor specialists.
    Assist the contract engineer in setting new prices, preparing subcontractor adjustments and analyzing and discussing claims.

    At head office (whenever possible) to collaborate with project team for feasibility and feasibility studies, with APPAL for technical scheduling of civil tender offers and clarification meeting with tenderers, with civil department to analyze/identify WR to be included in subcontractor scope of work.
