    Description
    • I define Electrical BuildingServices Engineering strategies and undertake feasibility worksacross numerous project types in the MiddleEast
    • I ensure that my team deliver high qualityBuilding Services Engineering designs on time by taking a hands on,technically focused, approach
    • I developtechnical solutions to complex problems which require the regularuse of ingenuity and creativity
    • I am a keypoint of contact on projects, comfortable directly engaging withclients and delivering presentations to technical and non-technicalstakeholders.
    • I undertake project reviews andchecking in accordance with QA procedures
    • Iensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all workpractices in line with company policies
    • Iensure the right resources are utilized effectively at the righttime across the team and projects, including engaging with theComplimentary Resource Centers (CRCs) to ensure that communicationand design processes are continually improved.

    We'd love to hear from youif you have:

    • I've bachelor'sDegree in Electrical Engineering orEquivalent
    • I am a Chartered Engineer or workingtowards
    • I've good knowledge ofanalytical/design software such as Revit andAmtech
    • I've good knowledge aboutlocal authority regulations & internationalstandards
    • I have project management and projectleadership skills and am comfortable in a decision-makingrole
    • I drive collaboration on my projects andthe wider building services team
    • I have 12+years post-qualification experience with broad electrical designexperience on large but diverse projects.
    • Ihave good experience in developing concept, schematic and detaileddesign of Electrical services of large but diverseprojects
    • I am a confident and clearcommunicator who is happy regularly interfacing with ourclients.
