    Description
    We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented HR Executive who is fluent in both Russian and English to join our dynamic team at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR Hotel.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including recruitment onboarding employee relations and implementing HR policies to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the HR department.

    This role requires excellent communication skills a proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

    Requirements

    • Fluent in Russian and English (both written and verbal).
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.


    Benefits

    • Competitive salary package equivalent to $1292 USD per month including language allowance and service charge.
    • Duty meal provided.
    • Working 5 days a week 9 hours a day with 2 days off.

    • 2year contract with 30 days paid vacation annually.
