    Requirements

    • Processesthe credit union daily
    • Balancesthe credit union daily teller work and reports any
    • Reconcilesand maintains balance sheet accounts as
    • PerformsGeneral Ledger
    • Performstimely and accurate completion of all month-end, quarter-end, andyear-end book
    • Servesas backup to Accounts
    • Preparesmonthly and daily financial reports for
    • Responsiblefor preparation of various download
    • Preparesdaily cash requirements and request transfer of funds per policy
    • Assistswith the annual completion of the Escheat
    • Assistswith implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and
    • Responsiblefor the monthly preparation of Six Pillars accounting and
    • Responsiblefor reconciling the Documentary Stamp general ledger accountmonthly; processes the report and files it before the
    • ReconcileSales Tax general ledger account monthly; process the report andfile it before the
    • Reconcilesvarious other General Ledger accounts as assigned by
    • Performsother duties as

    Qualifications:

    • Aminimum of a Bachelors degree or candidates currently enrolled incoursework towards completion of Associates or Bachelors degree inAccounting, Business, Finance or related field of study or 5+ yearsof accounting
    • Aminimum of 5+ years of experience in the accounting department of amid to large sized company is;
    • Priorexperience in a financial institution is
    • Considerableknowledge of principles of accounting and analytical;
    • Mustpossess excellent interpersonal skills with strong;
    • Abilityto operate Windows based computer and has strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel and
    • Mustbe diligent and self-motivated with attention to;
    • Abilityto multitask is an;
    • Musthave excellent follow-up and tracking
