    Overview:

    Weare seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee anddirect construction projects from conception to completion. Thesuccessful candidate will coordinate the efforts of various workersensuring that their work complies with building codes laws andregulations and is completed on time and within budget. This roledemands leadership indepth knowledge of the construction industryand the ability to solve problems swiftly andefficiently.


    RequirementsResponsibilities:

    • Superviseand coordinate the activities of construction workers andsubcontractors to ensure project efficiency and compliance withbuildingspecifications.
    • Inspectwork progress equipment and construction sites to verify safety andto ensure that specifications aremet.
    • Readand interpret blueprints drawings and sketches adjusting workschedules as needed based on site conditions and materialssupply.
    • Communicateproject expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly andconcisely.
    • Trainand mentor construction workers and staff providing them withfeedback and resolving any issues or conflicts thatarise.
    • Coordinateand manage the procurement of materials and ensure machinery andequipment are available whenneeded.
    • Maintaindaily logs reports and records of work performed incidents and theoverall progress of theproject.
    • Implementand enforce strict safety guidelines and building codes ensuring asafe workplace environment at alltimes.
    • Collaboratewith architects engineers and clients to discuss and solve issuesrelated to plans andspecifications.
    • Manageproject budgets monitor expenditures and ensure the project iscompleted within the allocated financialresources.

    EssentialQualifications:

    • Provenexperience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in theconstruction industry with a minimum of 5 years of experiencepreferred.
    • Adiploma or degree in construction management civil engineering or arelated field isadvantageous.
    • Indepthknowledge of construction procedures equipment and OSHguidelines.

    Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
