- Develop working knowledge in the assigned function. Develop business communication, professional etiquettes, and interpersonal skills.
- Assist in hiring external service providers to execute various type of events. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, caterers, suppliers, event organizers, and other event-related events service providers.
- Coordinate with various parties involved in the execution of an event and ensure that all queries are answered.
- Communicate and work closely with internal stakeholders on various events briefs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, event setup, furniture, transportation, accommodation, etc.
- Conduct site visits to assess and ensure the suitability of venues, events setup, production, sponsorship rights activation, etc.
- Develop and manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute outreach strategies to promote events. Utilize social media and other channels to create buzz and generate interest in upcoming events.
- Assist in all pre-event preparation with full onsite support, as well as conducting post-event evaluations to assess the effectiveness and impact of the event.
- Oversee event set-up, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
- Compile reports and provide insights for future event improvements.
- Understand, adopt, adhere and practice responsibilities or controls as per Information Security policy and as per best practices explained in the induction and awareness sessions.
- Confidentiality, Integrity and availability of Information shall be maintained at all times i.e. within as well as outside.
