Description

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the organization's employees for computer systems, software, hardware, and network-related issues.

This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical problems, configuring hardware and software, and assisting with IT-related projects to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networkrelated issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and other peripherals.
Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and devices.
Maintain accurate records of support requests, actions taken, and solutions provided.
Assist in user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and access management.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and patches.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of designing, Photoshop, etc would be advantageous.
