    ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:
    • Locatevehicles for customers (in stock)
    • Placeclient vehicleorders
    • Makesure to respectbudget
    • Beable to negotiate vehicle pricing ifnecessary
    • Providecustomer service
    • Respondto calls and emails
    • Responsiblefor producing vehicle quotes tocustomers
    • Workwith all manufacturers directly and dealers
    • Produceresale contracts and explain SAAQ process to customers
    • Actas a liaison for customer inquires regarding maintenance, fuel,billing, resale of vehicles, while using our systems and policies
    • Calculatemonthly rental
    • Assistclients with the choice of ideal vehicles for the needs and tobuild vehicleselector
    • Attendvarious events such as Auto Show, Manufacturer's productpresentations,etc.
    • Attendinternal and external meetings with clients(occasionally)
    • Beingable to understand our client's industries in order toproperly guidethem:
    • Understandour services andcontracts
    • Beable to detect problems and escalate the situation to whom it mayconcern
    • Havea TeamSpirit
    • Provideadministrative support
    • Conductfilefollow-ups

    GENERALOBLIGATIONS ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Beautonomous, able to solve problems and ready to work in a dynamicenvironment
    • Beversatile in order to be able to provide assistance if necessary
    • Beable to operate general office equipment such as computers,scanners,
    • Beattentive because this position involves an important financialaspect for our company as well as the client
    • Ensurethat all correspondence complies with company policies andguidelines
    SKILLS:
    • Excellentverbal and written communication skills (French &English)
    • Abilityto work without supervision

    • Abilityto manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize work tasks
    • Abilityto anticipate, recognize and define problems while formulatingsolutions

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Toperform this job successfully, the ideal person will be dedicatedto helping, proposing, and finding solutions to the various needsof customers for their vehicle fleet. Be comfortable communicatingby phone as well as by email with customers, dealers andmanufacturers etc. The ideal person will have an eye for detail,will be well organized and able to learn to prioritize their worktasks. Also, the person must be reliable and self-sufficient, ableto work with minimal supervision.
