    Luna Media Corporation is seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in exploring and capitalizing on opportunities within the Web3 space. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing business opportunities for Luna Media. This individual should possess excellent communication and networking skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Execute Business Strategies:
    • Formulate and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with Luna Media Corporation's objectives.
    • Build and Manage Business Relationships:
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, blockchain projects, and web3 partners.
    • Negotiate and finalize agreements and partnerships that enhance Luna Media Corporation's presence.
    • Meet and Exceed Revenue Targets:
    • Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets through strategic business development initiatives.
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics.
    • Stay Informed on Web3 Industry Trends:
    • Stay abreast of evolving trends, protocols, and innovations within the web3 landscape to ensure Luna Media Corporation remains at the forefront of the industry.
    • Collaborate Internally on Company Initiatives:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including technology, content creation, and marketing, to align business development activities with overall company objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Proven experience of 3-5 years minimum in business development.
    • Deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized technologies, and emerging web3 trends.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
