- Achievefinancial objectives by upselling, discount control and promoteaccessories to meet monthly revenuetargets.
- Enhance customer retention throughconsultation on customer needs & parts requirements, as perrecommended maintenance schedule, to ensure long-term relationshipwith the customers.
- Coordinate with the Jobcontrollers and Service Advisors on status of parts, itsavailability, quotation, order/arrival and ensure timely progressupdate of Vehicle to customers and to maintain the on-time-deliverycommitment.
- Active compliance to all StandardOperating Procedures, Company policies & DistributorPrograms to ensure consistency in the customerexperience.
- Ensure open and closure of saleorder/reservations to optimise stock level & revenue& mitigate the risk of financial loss on a dailybasis
- Ensure accurate information capture ofcustomer details on SAP for effective customer datamanagement.
- Spare parts sales experience in theautomotive industry
- Ability to manage ateam
- Knowledge with partscatalogue
- Good systems knowledge preferablywith SAP
- Possess a good general level ofTechnical Education, Diploma, Bachelors or Automotive EngineeringDegree
- Minimum of 5 years' experiencewithin spare parts operations, preferably as a Parts Supervisor oron a similar parts operation role.
- Ability tospeak, write and read English to deal with supervisors andcustomers
- Working knowledge of MS office, SAPknowledge preferred
- Proficient with ElectronicParts Catalogue (EPC)
- Has good product andprocess knowledge
