    • Ensure service standards are metand exceeded (rooming the guest, anticipating

    guest needs, up selling andcross-selling) and actively seeking feedback andfollow

    up on Guest comments

    • Overseeing the Group and Conventionsfrom a Front Office perspective from the pre-

    convention to post-conventionstage

    • Participates andassists with rooms inventory, Yield and RevenueManagement

    includingsetting daily sell strategies, rates and price points;

    • Facilitates communication betweenessential departments (Housekeeping, Guest Services, Reservations)to guarantee a smooth arrival and departureexperience.
    • Coordinate with VIP guests andindividuals requiring special attention, including arrangingpersonalized meet and greet services.
    • Knowledgeof function bookings and their effect on lobby and publicareas
    • Duties as assigned by Director, FrontOffice and Assistant Director, FrontOffice
    • Actively seeks feedback and following upon Guests comments
    • Develops and implements newsystems and standards

    Qualifications

    • Solid knowledge of Front OfficeProcedures.
    • Knowledge of Opera, MicrosoftOffice and Windows .
    • Minimum of two yearsprevious Front Desk Manager experience.
    • Highlyorganized, career and result oriented with the ability to beflexible with hours,
