    Description
    • Identify best practices ininformation security policies, processes and standards andrecommend their adoption, when applicable, acrossCore42.
    • Ensure continuous engagement withinformation security regulators to keep up to date with the latestinformation security regulations.
    • Update andmaintain information security standards and make necessarymodifications to existing information security managementsystems.
    • Provide relevant security architectureservices to different departments across the Injazatecosystem.
    • Develop strong information securityoperations and risk management policies to facilitate compliancewith industry regulations.
    • Enforce securitypolicies to provide direction and support for protecting data andassets in accordance with Core42'sneeds.
    • Ensure the implementation of securityaudits and system vulnerability tests acrossCore42.
    • Monitor and manage data securityprofiles by reviewing security violation reports and ensuringapplication of security policies andprocedures.
    • Inspect IT infrastructureinstallations (help desk, service maintenance, service management,network and communications, systems and database/data centre) toensure adherence with Core42, as well as external, guidelines andstandards.
    • Coordinate with information securityrisk management to identify potential threats to businesscontinuity due to non-compliance with policies andstandards.
    • Oversee the review of user accessrules to balance security needs with ease of use in accordance withjob related requirements and security policies &guidelines.
    • Ensure information security auditsystems and scheduled audits are applied to ensure compliance withstandards and regulations.
    • Review and analyzereports on compliance actions against information securityregulations and policies.
    • Oversee and analyzetrainings conducted on compliance security policies acrossCore42.
    • Ensure that the processes used insecurity control (preventative, detective, and corrective) are infull compliance with established security standards andpolicies.
    • The candidate should have a goodunderstanding of MS Azure cyber security controls andconcepts.
    • Understanding the basic concepts ofcloud computing, including service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS),deployment models (public, private, hybrid), and cloud architectureprinciples. Understanding of cloud technologies with security bestpractices, access and identity, protecting data and applications,as a desired qualification.
    • Azure PlatformKnowledge: In-depth understanding of Azure services, features, andcapabilities relevant to governance, compliance, and riskmanagement.
    • Risk Management Frameworks:Proficiency in risk management frameworks such as NIST RMF (RiskManagement Framework), ISO 31000, and COSO, and their applicationin cloud environments.
    • Security Controls andBest Practices: Knowledge of security controls, best practices, andmethodologies for securing cloud infrastructure, data, andapplications.
    • Experience with the CloudSecurity Alliance's Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM),development & governance and compliance framework asdesired qualifications.
    • Knowledge of cloudgovernance best practices, including resource tagging, costmanagement, compliance reporting, and resourceoptimization.
    • Risk Assessment and Management:Ability to conduct risk assessments, identify securityvulnerabilities, prioritize remediation efforts, and implement riskmanagement strategies.
    • Proficiency indocumenting security configurations, generating compliance reports,and communicating security posture tostakeholders.
    • Continuous Learning andAdaptation: Given the dynamic nature of cloud security andcompliance, a willingness to continuously learn about new threatsand vulnerabilities.
