    • Develop agrowth strategy focused both on financial gain and customersatisfaction
    • Conduct research to identify newmarkets and customer needs
    • Arrange businessmeetings with prospective clients
    • Promote thecompany's products/services addressing or predictingclients' objectives
    • Prepare salescontracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules andguidelines
    • Keep records of sales, revenue,invoices etc.
    • Provide trustworthy feedback andafter-sales support
    • Build long-termrelationships with new and existingcustomers
    • Establish and position yourself as atrusted advisor
    • Travels to various locationsand conducts market analysis
    • Determines thecredit-worthiness of prospectiveclients
    • Develop entry-level staff into valuablesales people
    • Manage the organization'srelationship with existing customers as well as bringing newcustomers;
    • Prepare, discuss and agree with theSales & Marketing Manager on yearly sales volumes andprices for each customer;
    • Achieve agreed salestarget in designated market(s) following agreedKPIs;
    • Follow up collection to insure on timepayment;
    • Update, per customer, rolling forecastfor designated market(s);
    • Collect informationabout competitors and report it to the Sales and MarketingManager;
    • Prepare sales analysis reports withchallenges and suggested solutions for designatedmarket(s);
    • Present yearly contract to eachcustomer;
    • Participate with the Sales andMarketing Manager in setting the strategy for their respectivearea.
    • Overall accountability for Health Safetyand Food Safety performance for the respectivedepartment.
    • Identify and provide resources topartake in the risk assessment of his/her process and implementmitigation measures to reduce the risks.
    • Ensurethat the responsibilities allocated under the IMS, OSHAD, FSC, andBRCGS and the legal requirements are complied with in terms ofequipment and personnel.
    • Ensure his/her teamconforms to the requirement of reporting (near miss/unsafeact/unsafe conditions), and participate in the investigation ofincidents and accidents.
    • Interface andcoordinate subcontract activities in a manner that will meet theIMS, OSHAD, FSC, and BRCGS requirements.
    • Takereasonable care of their own safety and health and of persons thatmay be affected by their acts or omissions atwork.
    • Co-operate with employer with respect toany instructions and/or actions taken by the employer to protectthe employee and/or comply with IMS, OSHAD, FSC, and BRCGSrequirements.
    • Report all Health and Food Safetyincidents and work-related injuries.
    • ​Notintentionally or recklessly, interfere with or misuse anythingprovided at the workplace in the interest of health, safety, orwelfare.
