Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products and medications.
Answer customer inquiries regarding overthecounter medications, health supplements, and personal care products.
Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently using the pharmacy's computer system.
Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, including counting tablets and labeling prescriptions.
Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including shelves, counters, and displays.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and ordering.
Provide information to customers on proper medication use, dosage instructions, and potential side effects.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
Follow all pharmacy policies and procedures, including those related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and patient care.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications and transactions.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Basic math skills and proficiency in using computer systems and software.
