    Drive the FIVE Human Resources Strategy and monitor its execution to ensure achievement of the objectivesFacilitate and coordinate Performance Management across the hotels, ensuring effective execution so that colleagues have the opportunity to participate, receive feedback and be given opportunities to developSupport and drive recruitment activities - Identify opportunities for recruitment open days; plan, communicate and drive themDesigning and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experienceDesigning global recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidatesHiring of the talent that fit with Vibe of FIVEPlay a pivotal role in creating the Colleague JourneyMaking FIVE the most inspiring and a Great Place to WorkSpearhead colleague relations which must reflect in higher retention and engagement, drive employee engagement engagement calendar and track effective engagement action plans across all departments.

    Direct the delivery of employee relations services, including employee grievances and disciplinary.

    Regularly analyses and review HR statistics to identify trends so that attention can be directed to key issues and resources adjusted accordingly.
