    JobDescription

    The keyresponsibilities of the Electrical BIM Modeller (on-site) willbe:

    • Create 3D digitalmodels of building projects using BIM software (Revit) includingarchitectural, structural, and electricalcomponents.
    • Liaise with internal and externalstakeholders on site, ensuring the project deployment runs smoothlyand requirements are respected.
    • Generating andexporting electrical layouts and services in coordination withother disciplines using Autodesk SW, and other BIM coordinationapplications (Revizto).
    • Collaborate witharchitects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholdersto ensure that the BIM models accurately represent the designintent and are coordinated across alldisciplines.
    • Support the Estimation team bymaintaining and upgrading BIM models with relevant data related tomaterials, specifications, dimensions, and costestimates.
    • Collaborate with the Project Managerto track project expenditure by creating renderings, animations,and Visual programming.
    • Effectively communicatethe status of the BIM models and project progress to clients,providing them with insights into the design and constructionprocess.
    • Review drawings for complianceensuring adherence to industry standards and amendments asrequired.

    Requirements:

    • Electrical background (Degree orDiploma).
    • Excellent AutoCAD, Revit, and BIMModelling skills along with strong time managementcapabilities.
    • Knowledge of electrical symbolsand drafting conventions and standards (MEP)2-4 years of experiencein BIM Modelling within the Electricalfield.
    • White card or security certifications(must have).
    • Availability to travel on siteslocated in the North-Western side ofBrisbane.
    • Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills with good interpersonal skills and the abilityto coordinate with others.
    • Validdriver's licence (company carprovided).
